Prof. Jan Sokol, PhD., CSc. (*1936, Prague), worked as a craftsman, programmer, translator and a disident. Professor of philosophy at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, Prague.

Doubts about truth are a recent trend. Truth is said to signify intolerance and a authoritative, and now we are entering this era of post-truth.
